At Amynabad Library & Reading Room (ALRR), we respect the privacy of our patrons. Just as we protect the integrity of our physical collections, we are committed to safeguarding the digital privacy of our members, patrons, and visitors.

- Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, physical address, and phone number for membership registration and communication.
- Circulation Data: Records of physical books borrowed, including issue and return dates, to manage the 14-day issuance period and applicable late fines.
- Usage Data: Records of Public Access Computer (PAC) usage, including session check-ins, to ensure fair access under our first-come, first-served and 20-minute session limit policies.
- Service Requests: Information provided when booking the Reading Room for group work or when submitting documents for our printing services (e.g., via prints.alrr@gmail.com or WhatsApp). Note: ALRR does not store your personal files submitted for printing and is not responsible for any leakages.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and operating system details used when accessing our digital portal or catalog.
2. Information Usage
The information collected is strictly utilized to operate and improve our library services:
- To manage memberships, book circulations, and PAC subscriptions.
- To communicate important updates, event details, or overdue notices.
- To facilitate the reservation of Reading Rooms and the processing of printing requests.
- To analyze usage trends to better serve the community.

- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or operational hold requirements (e.g., outstanding late fines or lost items).
